Attended daily walks and meetings with superintendents, trade partners, and colleagues. Processed RFIs and submittals, and managed quality, submittal, and distribution logs.

New construction NFL Headquarters in Inglewood.

Processed RFIs and submittals, managed constraint log, quality log, and other logs. Identified costs and schedule impacts, lead times for procurement and fabrication. Performed material takeoffs for finish trades and field dimensions for as-built conditions and coordinated with trades. Attended meetings with superintendents, trade partners, and colleagues. Performed daily site walks and compiled field reports.

Office building converted into luxury residences and retail in West Hollywood.

Assisted in the design development and construction document phases. Generated historic drawings to ensure project complied with Historical Society. Coordinated door, hardware, and paint schedules per owner specifications. Attended weekly meetings with owner and design firm to coordinate design intention.
